This Shipping Policy outlines all the important details regarding how we handle shipping for domestic (UK) and international orders, estimated delivery times, shipping fees, tracking, and more.
Order Processing Times

Custom Orders:
Custom-designed teamwear (jerseys, tracksuits, etc.) typically takes 10–14 business days to produce after final design approval and payment confirmation.

Standard Products (e.g., Ball, Accessories):
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days if in stock.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over £300

Flat rate of £5.95 for orders under £300

Rates vary depending on weight, size, and location. Exact fees will be calculated at checkout.

Bulk/Team Orders: Shipping fees for bulk orders are calculated based on package size and delivery destination. You will be informed during the order confirmation stage.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or issues with import documentation.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Split Shipments
If your order contains both custom items and ready-to-ship items, we may split the delivery into multiple shipments to ensure faster delivery. You will be informed accordingly and provided with separate tracking numbers.
